If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.lt;/pgt;lt;h3gt;Job Purposelt;/h3gt;lt;pgt;Ensure the efficient use of packaging and supplies available in the warehouse to satisfy client and internal requirements.lt;/pgt;lt;h3gt;Main Duties and Responsibilitieslt;/h3gt;lt;ulgt;lt;ligt;Ensure that all shipments recovered are arrived and scanned at time of arrival and checked against the manifest- confirm proper pieces and weightlt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Replenish shipments as required based on temperature requirementslt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Learn transportation system in order to update milestones accordinglylt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Create pre alerts to agents based on location- ensure all pieces are scanned out and manifested- create flight plans for shipmentslt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Ensure flight plans are correctly entered into transportation management systemlt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Take inventory of shipment within facility and ensure its handle correctly based on temperature, delivery date, special handling instructionslt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Escalate all inquiries concerns to senior staff and leadershiplt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Safe handling of dry ice and shipment replenishmentlt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Managing On Hold and 'Not OK to Send' shipments according to procedureslt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Issuing airline airway bills for domestic and international shipmentslt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Complete GxP documentation logslt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Assist in the dispatch and tendering of shipments to airlines as well as the recoverylt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Identifying product keeping temperature and replenishment needs.
